1. How much does the shipping cost?

We have 3 different delivery options available to best suit your needs:

  • Free Standard Delivery (3-5 Business Days) +$0
  • Next Day Delivery (0-1 Business Days) +$39
  • Custom Date Delivery (Schedule a delivery for a specific day and time) +$39

We also offer two extra optional services with delivery:

  • Recycle Your Old Mattress Service (We collect and donate or dispose of your old mattress) +$79
  • White Glove Delivery Service (We deliver and unbox the mattress directly into your room, we can carry it up to 4 flights of stairs) +$79

These prices and delivery times apply only to metro areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Please contact us to enquire about delivery to other areas.  

After your purchase, our delivery team will reach out to you via email and/or phone with delivery information and updates.

2. How long does the delivery take?

Deliveries will be made between 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday. 

After your purchase, our delivery team will reach out to you via email and/or phone with delivery updates and to arrange a time window and date that suits you. 

 

If you are ordering without White Glove Delivery service, the mattress will be left at your door, lobby, or reception, and we won't require your signature to leave the package. We will try our best to arrange a time when you are home to receive the package, but otherwise the package will be left in a safe place. If there aren't safe places available, we will have to rearrange a further delivery date.

3. How can I track my order?

We will send you tracking updates via email and SMS after you order.

4. Can I order now and schedule delivery for a later date?

Yes, you can order up to 3 months in advance. Please select the “custom date delivery” option at checkout and contact us immediately after your purchase with your order number to schedule a later delivery date.

5. Can I choose a specific date and delivery time for delivery?

Yes, please select the “custom date delivery” option at checkout and contact us immediately after purchase with your order number to arrange a specific date and delivery time for delivery. 

6. Can I use it straight after opening or do I need to wait 24 hours?

The Calm mattress will decompress immediately after opening, but we recommend waiting at least 8 hours before sleeping on it. Allow up to 4 days for the mattress to fully decompress and reach its optimal form and comfort.

7. Can I provide additional delivery instructions?

Yes, you can provide additional delivery notes after checkout by contacting us with your order number. Additional delivery instructions only cover the following: address instruction and authority to leave. Please note that “preferred delivery time” is not guaranteed as we do not have control over courier operations.

8. How does the white glove delivery work?

With our white glove delivery service we will contact you after purchase to arrange a specific time and date that suits you. We deliver and unbox the mattress directly into your room, and we can carry up a lift or up to 4 flights of stairs if you need it. 

9. How does the mattress recycling service work?

With our mattress recycling service we will collect and donate or dispose of your old mattress. Mattresses in good condition will be donated. Mattresses in bad conditions will be disposed of. 

10. How long can I keep it in the box?

We recommend not keeping the mattress in the box for more than 6 weeks. If you need it at a later date, consider purchasing closer to that time or contact us to arrange a suitable shipping schedule through our customer support.
